Paying in advance (online)
If you would like to pay in advance, please let us know.
For advance payment, we send you a payment form from the online payment service "Square".
Cards accepted for advance payment: VISA / MASTER / AMEX / JCB / Diners
Some plans require advance (partial) payment. If the advance payment is not made, the reservation will be cancelled.
If you have already paid on a booking site
If you have completed online payment on the booking site (OTA), we will not charge you again. You do not need to pay again at the store.
You only pay at the store if additional charges arise locally, such as added options or an extension.
Ask about payment via chat
Enter your booking number to open a chat just for your reservation. After a quick identity check (the last 4 digits of the phone number on your booking, or a code sent to your registered email), you can talk with our staff. You can also request advance payment here.
